You bring the idea. Nove Zenith works out what it needs, designs it, builds the software and keeps looking after it. No handover between agency, developer and host.

    Concept

    The idea becomes a plan that makes decisions. Website, app or both. What goes into the first version and what can wait. Which technology carries it.

  2. 02

    Design

    No design yet? Then it is created together with you. If you already have mock-ups or a brand, Nove Zenith builds to them instead of reinventing them.

  3. 03

    Development

    Websites, web apps and apps for iOS and Android. Plus the parts where projects often get stuck: sign-in, payments and subscriptions, admin tools, connections to your existing systems. On request with an MCP server, so AI assistants can work with your product directly.

  4. 04

    Operation and maintenance

    Live is not finished. Hosting, updates, security fixes, bug fixing. And new features as soon as your product needs them. That is how Nove Zenith has looked after Flow since launch.

Principles

What every project is measured against.

Four principles shape how Nove Zenith builds. Each of them can be checked.

  • Decide in writing, then build

    Before the first line of code, it is settled what gets built and why. Nove Zenith writes down every fundamental decision, with the options considered and the reason for the choice. For Tavellus that is more than 80 records. Anyone who later asks why something works the way it does can look it up.

  • Whoever builds it, runs it

    There is no hand-over between development and operation. The person who wrote the code also ships the updates and fixes the bugs. A reported bug goes straight to the person who knows the system best. Nobody has to get up to speed first.

  • Data stays in the EU

    The database behind Nove Zenith's own products runs in Ireland, inside the EU and under the GDPR. This website follows the same rule. It sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts and does not track visitors, so it needs no cookie banner.

  • Usable by everyone

    The target is WCAG 2.2, level AA. Interfaces work with a keyboard and a screen reader, and body text has a contrast of at least 4.5:1. Gains and losses always carry a sign, so they stay readable with red-green colour blindness.

Flow is the coaching app of Courage Courage e.K. for self-leadership, leadership and personal growth. Leaders, employees and teams use it for personality tests and daily reflection.

Nove Zenith built the web app in close collaboration with the owner and the designer, and has maintained and extended it ever since.

Own products

A journal for traders who hold positions for days.

Almost every trading journal is built for day traders, with second-by-second replay and time-of-day reports. Tavellus is for swing traders who place 20 to 80 trades a month.

Tavellus

Enter trades or import them from CSV, and Tavellus works out what they earned: in euros, in R‑multiples and in percent, per portfolio, strategy and day.

  • European brokers. The CSV import lets you map columns freely, so it works with brokers that other journals do not know.
  • Calculated like your account. Cost basis, shorts, leverage, foreign currency, dividends and splits all count towards the result.
  • Data in the EU. Database in Ireland, interface in German and English from day one.

About Nove Zenith

From the first client project to a family of products.

Nove Zenith builds its products on a shared base. One account, one billing system, one database in the EU. Tavellus is the first app on it.

  1. April 2026

    Flow for Courage Courage

    Built the coaching platform with sign-up, free tier and subscription. Running and extending it ever since.

  2. August 2026

    Tavellus: concept and market

    Compared thirty competitors, defined the audience, set the scope of the first version. Every fundamental decision has a written rationale.

  3. September 2026

    Name and platform

    Picked Tavellus after checking around 1,200 names. The shared account layer for all future apps is in place, with its database in Ireland.

  4. Now

    Calculation core and web app

    The part that computes results, R-multiples and statistics comes first, with a test case for every edge case.

  5. 2027

    Tavellus launches

    Web app with a free tier and a subscription, in German and English.

  6. After that

    Mobile apps and more products

    Tavellus for iOS and Android. Further finance products run on the same platform.
